Cycle Fit (Spinning) and TBC Classes

 

Unlimited Cycle Fit Pass - Fall 2010
This effective cycling program integrates energizing music and spinning lead by a certified instructor. It is an exercise that is adaptable to any fitness level - from beginner to advanced.
 
There's no competition, so you get fit at your own pace by adjusting the bike's resistance. Cycle Fit is great for heart rate training which can burn calories and increase strength and coordination. Maximum of 12 per class.
 
Drop In Class: Drop into any of our time slots and try a spin class! If you decide to purchase a pass you can one toward a spinning pass.
 
Note: Unlimited pass holders have priority.

Conditions
 
Sign up is on a first come, first serve basis. To guarantee a spot in a class, you must sign up at the Rec Room Office 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
 
A 5-minute grace period will be given to those who reserve a spot.
 
  • 11 people maximum per class.
  • Phone calls will be accepted to reserve a spot.
  • We reserve the right to cancel in the event of instructor illness.

 TBC - Total Body Conditioning - 45 mins of Cycle Fit training for burning calories and 15 mins of core training.

Cycle Fit Fusion - A 60 minute class that combines intervals of cycle fit training for cardio and intervals of resistance training for strength.

Cycle Fit - A 60 minute class of cycling sessions including athletic and rhythmic drills, climbing hills and speed intervals.
