Wing Chun Kung Fu - Fall 2010
Kung Fu was popularized by the late Bruce Lee. It focuses on efficiency and basic principles of movement, and uses unique interactive drills to rapidly increase your skills. This is an Intermediate level course, previous experience is necessary.

Aikido - Fall 2010
Aikido means "the way of harmony". Aikido is a martial art transcending the primitive goal of defeating or destroying another. The idea of Aikido is to protect our attacker along with ourselves.

Tae Kwon Do - Fall 2010
