The Forge Fitness Centre at the University of Windsor is pleased to offer outstanding fitness and training programs to our clients. Those programs include:
Personal Training
Personal Training (PT) involves one or more workout sessions with a Personal Trainer. The trainer will design a specific and appropriate fitness training to meet the needs of you, our client.
The personal training session includes the demonstration and detailed explanation of each component of the training. Each training session is completed under the supervision, direction, and coaching of the Trainer. Please select from our many packages we offer:
12 Week Transformation
This personal training package includes 20 personal training sessions, 3 fitness assessments and nutritional advice.
Our 12 week program is an intense cardio weight training program tailored to fit your individual needs. A trainer will help you implement a weight training and aerobic conditioning program, along with nutritional advice.
If you are serious about making long-lasting changes then this program will work for you!

Partner Training
Training with a friend is not only more fun, but more effective too! If you and a friend have similar goals and are at a similar level of fitness, you can share the cost of a Campus Rec Personal Trainer and receive a quality exercise program.
Fee: $40 per session
Forge Orientation
Are you new to the Forge Fitness Centre? Our floor supervisors can give you a quick tour of the facilities, provide proper instruction of equipment, and answer any other questions you may have.
All appointments last 30 minutes and can be booked directly at the Forge reception desk.
