TICKET PURCHASE OPTIONS
- Tickets can be purchased in advance at goLancers.ca/tickets.
- The Lancer Box Office, located at the South Entrance of the Toldo Lancer Centre opens 1 hour prior to the start of home basketball and volleyball games
- For Football and Soccer games, a satellite Box Office will be open for ticket purchases 1 hour prior to game time and will
be located at the entrance to Alumni Stadium.
REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
All ticket sales for Windsor Lancers events are final and non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.
Postponed or Canceled Games
- If a game is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future
game.
- If a game is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be
issued.
FACILITY ENTRY AND RE-ENTRY
Gates open 60 minutes before the scheduled game time. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for entry
procedures. Re-entry into the facility is not permitted once exited, except in emergencies. Please consult the gate
supervisor for assistance.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONDUCT
- Animals: Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted. All other animals are prohibited.
- Outside Food and Beverages: Not allowed unless provided by corporate sponsors (e.g., McDonald's or Taco Bell)
- Cameras and Video Equipment: Single-frame flash photography is allowed; however, cameras with lenses longer than 80mm
and all forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All spectators are expected to adhere to the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Spectator Code of Conduct, promoting a
safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Windsor Lancers are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all fans. In accordance with
the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), we provide accessible seating, companion seating, and
barrier-free entry at all our venues. Service animals and support persons are welcome. If you require accommodations,
