The Department of Athletics along with our Lancer varsity teams and student-athletes have teamed up to support the Make-a-Wish Foundation's “Go Blue! Go Bald!” campaign to raise funds in support of their children's programs.
 
For those that don't know, “Make-A-Wish” grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich their experience with hope, strength and joy.
 
Given that it is the playoff season for the Lancers, the athletic department has committed to join the “Make-A-Wish' campaign throughout the Lancer playoff drive until all Lancers teams are done in the playoffs and at nationals.
 
Throughout the coming weeks, you'll see a variety of Lancer coaches, administrative staff and Lancer student-athletes with blue-dyed hair encouraging their friends and associates to complete online pledges in their name….all with the goal to help make some special wishes come true.
